Preparing for your coaching session

To make the most out of your session and if time permits:

Plan to lie down or sit quietly for 15-20 mins and use your calming tools to rest your brain and nervous system. If you need a guided track, click on one of the links below (these audio tracks are housed on the Insight Timer App where you can sign up for a free account).

When you are in this more calm and rested state, write down 1 thing you would like to have more of. Have that ready to share with me at the beginning of our call.  If nothing arises, just notice that because that is good information too. 

My plan for your session is that rather than only talk about what is going on for you, we generate a new neural/somatic experience, that you can take away as a powerful positive resource.
