Begin with the 5-minute "Doorway to Reset," using it daily for at least a week before progressing. Notice if you feel impatient with pauses or fall asleep instantly - these suggest a stressed nervous system. If this happens, try sitting up to stay awake through the practice.
The metaphors and visuals you discover during practice can become powerful sleep signals. For example, one user visualized being wrapped in owls' wings in a forest cottage - when she woke at night, returning to this image helped her fall back asleep. The more you use these personal anchors, the stronger their effect becomes.
Move to longer tracks only when each feels comfortable. Like learning any skill, progress at your own pace. Return to earlier tracks whenever needed - they're tools for life, not just a one-time program.
