Welcome to Zia Jehan Coaching.
This document ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions that govern the coaching services provided by Zia Jehan ("Coach") to you ("Client").
By engaging in coaching services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services & Commitment
The Coach agrees to provide one-on-one coaching services. The specific number of sessions, schedule, and fees will be outlined in a separate Client Plan or invoice.
As the Client, you agree to:
Participate actively and take personal responsibility for your results.
Communicate with openness and honesty.
Be open to direct feedback and challenge.
Dedicate our session time from a private, uninterrupted space.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions are held via video conferencing at scheduled times. The Coach will provide the meeting link.
Appointments canceled with more than 48 hours' notice will be rescheduled within the term of the package.
Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited and the fee is non-refundable, except in cases of genuine emergency.
The Coach will provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations, barring emergencies.
More than three consecutively rescheduled appointments may be cause to re-evaluate your commitment to the process.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment for all coaching services is due in advance unless a separate payment plan is agreed upon in writing. Single sessions must be paid for at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Refund Policy:
For pre-paid packages, refunds are not available after the third paid session. If termination occurs before the third paid session, a refund for any remaining unused sessions will be issued, minus a $100 administrative fee.
For monthly plans, you may cancel at any time, stopping future payments. Payments for sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
If a significant life event requires a pause, we will handle it collaboratively on a case-by-case basis.
Any attached, signed Payment Plan Amendment or Client Plan forms a part of this Agreement.
4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
The Coach will maintain full confidentiality of all matters discussed, except where required by law to disclose. Your creative ideas and intellectual property remain your sole property.
5. Scope of Practice
You acknowledge that coaching is not psychotherapy, mental health care, medical care, or financial advice. It is not a substitute for these professional services. The Coach may suggest a referral if concerns outside the scope of coaching arise.
6. Limitation of Liability
You agree that the Coach is not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the coaching relationship. You hold the Coach harmless from any outcomes resulting from the coaching process.
7. Termination
This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time by providing 10 days' written notice via email. Termination does not absolve you of financial responsibility for coaching services already rendered or for any pre-paid sessions outside the refund window outlined in Section 3.
The Coach may terminate this agreement for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, lack of commitment, or a determination that the Coach-Client fit is not conducive to coaching. Upon termination, the refund policy in Section 3 will apply.
This document represents the full terms of the coaching relationship. By replying to the Coach's email with a statement of agreement, you agree to these terms.
